Our services
Find Me Job Nepal helps connect job seekers with local employers in Nepal. We provide online job listings, in-office registration and support, an internal portal for authorized staff, and a business owner portal for employers to submit and manage hiring requests. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information in applications and KYC forms.
- The staff portal is for authorized personnel only; you must not share login credentials.
- The business owner portal is for legitimate employers; you must complete KYC before submitting hiring requests.
- If you use Google sign-in for the business owner portal, you also agree to Google's terms for that sign-in method.
Applicant responsibilities
- Submit truthful details about your qualifications and experience.
- Attend office visits or interviews when requested and bring valid documents.
- Pay any disclosed registration or service fees only as instructed by our office.
- Do not misuse the site (spam, false applications, or harassment).
Business owner responsibilities
- Provide accurate company and KYC information.
- Hiring requests are subject to our review before publication.
- Approve or reject assigned candidates in good faith; rejection reasons may be shared with applicants and staff.
- Comply with applicable labour and employment laws in Nepal.
Fees and payments
Fees (such as application fees or commissions) will be communicated at registration or in office materials. Amounts and payment methods shown in the portal or receipts are authoritative for your transaction.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software are owned by Find Me Job Nepal or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content without permission, except for personal use of job listings and your own application data.
Disclaimer
The site and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for decisions made by employers or applicants beyond our reasonable placement support.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Find Me Job Nepal and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on listings. Our total liability for a claim relating to paid services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the preceding three months, where applicable.
Termination
We may suspend or refuse access if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or harm other users. You may stop using the public site at any time; office records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
